Term-time
Mon-Fri prior to 5.45pm: Access the school via the main reception - use pedestrian gate on Fifth Cross Rd. A Knights coach will meet the group prior to the session at schools main reception and walk players/spectators to the sports hall.
Late arrivals will be escorted by school staff to the sports hall. Please DO NOT walk unaccompanied around the school site as this causes safeguarding issues as school pupils could still be on site.
Mon-Fri after 5.45pm and at weekends: From the main front car park, use the internal pedestrian gate (next ot the internal car park gate) and walk through the car park, alongside the field to the sports hall.

Holiday Camp - New arrival & collection procedures
Following a review of their safeguarding procedures, Waldegrave school are changing the arrival/collection points for external providers. Please see the following information to make your child's drop-off and collection as smooth as possible.
Day Camp Arrival (9:45-10:00am): All children must be dropped off and signed in at the main school reception
Early drop-off (8:45-9:45am): Please meet Knights staff at the main school reception. Please note, the reception will be unattended while children are being escorted to the sports hall, so there may be a short waiting time until the Knights staff member can return.
Day Camp collection (3:00pm): Knights staff will bring all children to meet parents/carers at the main school reception
Open Gym arrival (3:15-3:30pm/5:315-5:30): All players must meet the head coach at main school reception
Open Gym dismissal (5:30pm / 7:30pm) All children will be escorted to main school reception by the head coach for dismissal
If you/your child arrives outside of the holiday camp arrival/collection times, please use the telephone number to contact the camp staff who will come to meet you at their earliest convenience.
If you need to arrange a different arrival/collection time, please email the club office in advance (office@knightsbasketball.co.uk)
Parking
NB: There is NO PARKING on site on Saturday mornings due to the number of activities taking place. Please respect the one-way drop-off system and adhere to all school parking/access policies.
At all other times, limited parking is available in the school car park, otherwise local roads can be used (please note parking restrictions)

The sports hall is available for any players to work on their game either individually, or with friends and team-mates. A Knights coach will be on hand to supervise, offer training ideas/advice and organise games and competitions.
