Please bring a healthy packed lunch and plenty of water. We have a 'no nut' policy to protect participants with allergies. When selecting teams, we endeavour to put participants with at least one of their friends. If you have any particular requests, please speak to the head coach at the start of your child's day. A Knights coach will be on hand to supervise, offer training ideas/advice and organise games and competitions.
