Knights Basketball - Terms and Conditions
1 Payment will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved
2 Knights Basketball or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
3 Knights Basketball Club reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving, or displaying disruptive behaviour.
4 You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up to date should this change by emailing office@knightsbasketball.co.uk
5 You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up to date should this change by adjusting your account via settings.
6 Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received, we act on a first come first serve basis so paid for bookings will be given priority.
7 You must refrain from bringing your child to a session if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
8 We don’t issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.
9 We don’t issue refunds if the school has closed for teachers / train strikes as this is beyond our control. Please check with Knights as sometimes these sessions will go ahead if the school is open and running a limited timetable.
10 If there are any sessions missed due to coach absence Knights Basketball will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
11 If Knights Basketball cancel a session for any reason then a make up session will be offered or parents will be refunded.
12 All refunds are at the discretion of Knights Basketball.
13 If you are struggling to pay your bill please contact the office email for further advise.
Academy Team Payment Subscriptions
1 All subscriptions are charged on the 1st of the month.
2 Subscriptions are not a direct debit.
3 If you decide to leave the team mid-season this will require 1 full months’ notice. You are required to give notice to the coach and email Office@knightsbasketball.co.uk In order to cancel your subscription please contact @office@knightsbasketball.co.uk with the following information;
(1) Childs Name
(2) the team they are part of, for example U14 NBL Girls / U10’s CVL Boys
(3) The Head coach of the session
(4) Reasons for leaving mid-season.
This email will trigger the start of the notice period of 1 Calendar Month. The Office administrator will then forward the information to the Academy Manager and the Accounts department. This is to ensure that the terms and conditions the club have set are followed.
